| yeah, i shoulda posted this sooner Alright, so if you are officially in this group, you will see this forum. So what is our job?
- Spread the word of the website around McDowell, Intermediate, and Senior High School
- Use things like Facebook to spread the ideas on this forum.
- Keep any and every member on the forums enthusiastic about being here
- Get anyone (in our location) to check the website, and maybe post an idea, they don't have to register, they just have to check it out and post.
- Have fun
- Use paper media to get people on the website - it should be anonymous
- Give brief details to people for what we are about, feel free to keep it short and sweet.
You have been selected because I think you can do your job here. It is very possible, and is only made possible if you are willing and active to participate. Yup, have fun, and good luck people. Let's see what we can do.

| The swiftness with which the janitorial staff takes down and/or destroys drops and posts, etc... Is alarming to say the least. I taped up a printout in the boys bathroom in the basement last night at nine O'clock pm, and it was gone this morning. We need to find a way to either get the custodians on our side, or to hide drops from them more efficiently. | |

| lockers are a good place because janitors don't really check them, any kind of wall posting would probably have to be there by day, and it would last until the end of the day, or at least im assuming it would. i'll confirm if my drop has lasted more than a day by tomorrow. | |

| If you use a push pin and put it on a bulliten board, It will stay for a while. The Insurgency did this, And I saw some last for over a week. But maybe it's an interested student who took it, Not a janitor. Then it would be alright and beneficial to the cause. | |

| If it looks like it's officially supposed to be on the wall, then I'm sure Janitors will leave it be. Fliers for Peace Fest stayed up forever. I'm sure if we signaled some kind of identification it should be fine. A nice juicy essay isn't going to be ripped off the walls by a cleaner. It's going to be considered. | |

i can't believe i forgot to mention his name, it's Randy. He's a janitor. Also, i agree that if it looks like it's supposed to be there, then it will stay there. Therefore, our name "McDowell Student Council" will help. Also, if we make "official" looking flyers, they will probably stay there.
